The Meta-Innovation Group is a practitioner–scholar collective bridging rigorous research with real-world transformation. We work where innovation meets complexity — helping organisations, networks, and institutions innovate and orchestrate change across boundaries.
Today’s challenges can’t be solved within silos. They demand coordination across organisations, ecosystems, domains, and levels simultaneously. That’s why we are building the emerging field of meta-innovation — advancing both the theory and practice of innovation at scale.
Our work spans research, collaboration, and field building — all aimed at understanding and enabling innovation across boundaries. We develop theory through research, translate it into frameworks and strategies with partners, and connect the growing global community shaping this new field of expertise.
We partner with organisations, researchers, and practitioners tackling transformation at scale. Through collaborative research, co-design workshops, applied engagements, and network participation - each partnership becomes part of a shared effort to expand the practice and understanding of meta-innovation in action.
We combine academic depth with practical application. Our approach is grounded in practitioner–scholar fusion, where theory and practice evolve together.
We take a multi-stakeholder orientation, bridging business, government, and civil society. Our embedded research approach means learning through real transformation initiatives, not abstract case studies.
And through open development, we share frameworks and findings to build collective capability rather than proprietary advantage.
